Warkum Sumitro SH MH was giving the decrees of CPNSHoused in Rectorate Building of 8th floor, on Friday (1/7), the Vice Rector (PR) II, Warkum Sumitro SH MH briefed the Candidates for Civil Servants (CPNS) Universitas Brawijaya (UB). These CPNS year 2010 are comprised of lecturers from several faculties, administratives and technical personnels.
Submission process of each CPNS' documents are submitted directly by the PR II to the respective Dean of each faculty and the Employees Affair in UB's main office. PR II, Warkum Sumitro SH MH on that occasion ordered that all CPNS could work well in their respective work places, both in faculties and main office. All CPNS had to know their rights and obligations as an employee in UB. And the culture of discipline, should also be kept running. Currently, the evaluation process will be provided directly by their respective superiors.
"If a superior does not want to and dare to give warning to his/her staff, then he/she (the superior) gets a reprimand from his/her superior leadership above him/her. This is so that all employees can work productively and maximumly, "said Warkum. Warkum also invited CPNS to be always grateful. It is no less important thing to do by CPNS is, according to Warkum, creating job performance as a form of devotion to the nation and state. "A CPNS will be filed as a Civil Servant (PNS)which is considered to have good performance and still promote discipline. If not, then one can not be filed as a civil servant. Discipline is an important factor that should continue to put forward in the implementation of daily work.
